Materials

A router table that needs a hole in it for your SawStop insert.

Tools

Just Origin

Instructions

FIRST, Cut with 1/2" offset all the way through your table. THEN, cut with 1/4" and eventually 0 offset. If you do it the other way you end up climb-cutting the first couple of passes, which is uncomfortable at best. Use tape -- you need to keep the inside of the cutaway in place or it's a real challenge to keep Origin level while you're cutting away the rabbet for the insert. Yes, firsthand experience.
