Plywood stabilizer base for 1lb propane cylinder. For use with camp stove burner, lantern, torch, etc. The ring is nominal 1/2 inch plywood. The legs are nominal 1/4 inch plywood. Works with cylinders with tapered plastic bottom ring or untapered metal bottom.

Instructions
It's nice if the legs fit snuggly in the ring. Tune the fit by adjusting the offset when cutting the ring.
