Min Size 465mm x 120mm x 18m (3/4") Ply. (achievable on the shaper workstation)
Shaper Origin 1/4" Flat end bit (up) Spoil Board Double-sided woodworking tape or similar Wood Glue Small clamps (x3) Sandpaper Brand nail gun (optional) Shaper Workstation (optional)
I used 3/4" ply because I had some suitable offcuts but this can be likely be achieved with 1/2" ply with some small tweaks to the file or you can cut as is and trim later. Note: the bottom stretcher was made out of scrap 1/2" walnut I had laying around but you can can use waterver you like. There is some text of the pocket depths in the SVG file - *they don't appear on the shaper UI but can easily be previewed on your com. .01. Check cleat size suites your needs. This one works on 2.25" or 60mm H cleats made out of 3/4" material. 1. Set workstation/Area - it's important to have the sections taped down well. 1. Cut the pockets: Tool Holder 3mm then 5mm (for the holder) followed by inside line cut on the pocket Rabbet sections: 3mm then, 9mm, 16.5mm followed by inside line cut on the pocket 2. Cut outlines. 1mm offset. 3mm then, 9mm, 16.5mm 3. Cut out pieces 4. Glue and Clamp up! (pin with brad nails if you have/like)
