Raspberry Pi Zero enclosure made out of 5 mm plywood. All ports and pins are accessible. The led is visible from the outside and the chip has ventilation slots to reduce heat build up.

Instructions

Use a 3 mm bit to carve. Pocket depths are marked inside the svg files. Check the exploded 3d-image for assembly or use the Sketchup file.
