15mm thick Plywood, laminated
Shaper with 3mm and 6mm router bits
M6 tapper bit,
4pcs M6x8 Hex Bolts (DIN 913),
4pcs M4 x 20 Hex Screws (DIN 912)
Cut the plywood or MDF almost to shape, start milling with the downside up. Therefore the .svg file needs to be mirrored in the shaper. The depth for the cutouts actually depend on the real thickness of the material you use (as you start working from the backside). I cut everything 0.5mm deeper than measured directly from the Bosch machine. The actual position for the saw blade and the splitting wedge (german: Spaltkeil) may also differ by a few 1/10mm on your machine. The cutout for the wedge is 3mm alltough the blade has only 2.8mm but this is really fine and anyway not easy to find in the first attempt. The holes for the M6 thread are 4.8mm (rule of thumb: 0,8 x thread diameter). Then use the tapper to cut the thread. The holes for the M4 threads in the Bosch machine are 4mm. I cut them to 3mm first and then looked how they matched on my machine. Final step: mill from the upside the >4mm holes for the 4 M4 Screws with the bigger diameter for the Screwhead from the top face. Good Luck! Alexander
