24mm x 24mm Rods
6mm router bit
self made jigging
The drawings are made for a 6mm router bit and 24x24mm rods I started with the vertical rod (visible in all 3 CAD drawings), that holds the two mirror symmetric rods. On the second picture the vertical and the left rod are shown. The third picture shows only the vertial, how it looks finished. The last image shows the vertical after preparing the side faces and the 10mm deep flat, before cutting the last shape to 24mm. The files are in numbered order and sometimes two milling operations are in one. I tried to mark the depth close to a corner of the matching shape. The inner shape for the two symmetrical pieces is also divided into two milling operations. 24mm deep 45° angles and then the 10mm deep pockets. I am happy about your feedback, if you see more elegant ways for the origin files. Good Luck! Alexander
