I used a 3/4 inch birch plywood and did several passes to cut the shapes out. I then sanded the crap out of it and rounded the horns a bit. I just used glue and clamps to attach the bottom, then the horns and then the faceplate. I put a bit of scrap between the nose and the bottom piece for clamping, then removed the scrap so the face floats. You can scale it to any size. and add a keyhole to the back for hanging. Enjoy.
