5" Orbital Sander French Cleat
French cleat storage system for 5" orbital palm sander. I need lots of different grades of sandpaper and a way to sort them. Other options didn't have enough sections to I designed this. This is designed for cleats that are 8" spaced on the wall as per the shaper recommendation. Included the Dewalt logo on the side but is optional. After making this there a couple of places that are missing dog bones etc. Will try to fix and reupload. If this comment is still here I haven't fixed it ;-)

Instructions
Cut pocket cuts on sides and top piece first to a depth of 1/4". Optional logo should be pocket cut to a depth of 0.1" Insert the shelves into the slots before inserting the back panel. For the logo cut out (to 0.1") then spray clear polyurethane into the recesses. Once dry spray black spray paint into recesses. Sand off any overspray. The clear polyurethane stops the black from entering into the wood grain ruining the appearance. Dont skip this step!
