IKEA PAX Standard holes & shelfs & Camero
This project was for a 3 meter plus wide closet build around a IKEA Pax cabinet (1 meter wide - 2 meter high). Cabineo 8 and 12 has extensive download documentation. In this case the Cabineo sits BELOW the SHELF, the "drill" should be 15mm and the the final dept 12 mm. The standerd diameter for the IKEA shelf bearing holes is 5mm. If you want a shelf at the same hight as the the top of the the IKEA Pax, you will find the standard shelf holes already in use, Hence alternative holes are provided.

Materials
18 mm bords with melamine on all 4 sides. i.e. same thickness as IKEA cabinets.

Shaper Origin, 6 mm bit for Cabeneo holes and 3 mm bit for th 5 mm holes (i.e. you can helix the holes). Hole dept depending on the Cabineo (i.e. "Cabineo 8" = 8mm hole dept).
Instructions
Project in progress All holes are made inside the circles. Note that the holes are asymetrically placed front to back. 1) Ikea Pax 200 cm standard shelf with Cabineo Cabineo hole milling needs a "fake" pice of material, i.e. the squares sitting on the outside of the shelf limitations. NOTE you ignore those squares when setting up your grid before milling. USE THE SHELF boarders. REMEMBER the Cabineo should sit underneeth the shelfs. You can flip the orientation of what you are milling in the SO panes (invert the scale factor and it will “flip” the design in the X, Y, or both axes. (if you want to flip in only one axis make sure to click the chain to seperate the scaling factors before you enter the negative scale.) 2) Cabineo in top external shelf For reference the centre of the the Cabineo is written, to help find the matching needed hole on the cabinet side to be drilled. 3) Ikea Pax Top shelf holes as standard shelf holes On the top you find the inner side top holes drilled by Ikea, complemented by the outer holes (44, 284 & 536 mm from front) needed to be drilled in order not to conflict with the Ikea drilled holes. _ Note, the Ikea Pax used here is 1m wide, 2 m high with two sides and shelf of 1 m with shells on both sides. Standard hole by Ikea from front are: 14, 28, 60, 328, 519 and 551mm. Ikea Pax is 58 cm deep (incl 3mm groove to back wall) Thickness of the boards used by IKEA is almost 19mm
