Grizzly 14" Band Saw Replacement Wheel
While moving my Grizzly band saw it tipped over and broke the upper wheel, so I figured I would try and design one using Shaper Studio and get her back up and running.

Materials
For my prototype I am using 3/4 inch MDF. Im guessing the bearing will not hold over time so the final product will be a hardwood.

Instructions
Pretty much a cut and replace job. Ordered a new bearing on line, made the outer cut slightly large until I was able to slide the band saw tire over. Also went a little smaller on the race cut so bearing would fit snug.
