Instructions

Create QR Code 1. Visit a website QR code generator able to create custom WiFi connect code. 2. Resize to 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" and print out on sticker paper. Cutting the QR Code Block 1. Use the Shaper to design on tool. 2. Create a rectangle with rounded corners sized at 1.66" x 1.66" and round the corners at .63". 3. Cut from 1/4" hardboard. 4. Attach sticker. Cutting the Inlay 1. Attach the 1/4" work piece to the spoil board with double sided tape. Set up a tape board above the piece and scan the workspace. 2. Import the WiFi Symbol file. 3. Cut out using the 1/8" bit with 0 offset. Cutting the Sign 1. Attach the 5/8" wood piece to the spoil board with double sided tape. Set up a tape board above the piece and scan the workspace. 2. Cut the pocket for the QR code block to fit with 1/8" bit. 3. Cut the hole in the center of the pocket to aid in removal of the QR code block with 1/8" bit. 4. Cut the WiFi Symbol with 1/8" bit and glue in. 5. Sand and apply finish.
