16mm MDF/Multiplex (Plywood) Top: 1x 380x300mm Bottom: 1x 320x320mm
- Shaper Origin - 20mm Router Bit - 6mm Up-Spiral Router Bit (Outer- and Innercuts) - 3mm Up-Spiral Router Bit (Cornerholes) - 3mm Drill Bit
You can take wathever wood you like/prefer as long as it is of 16mm thickness. 20mm Router Bit for the Pocket of the Top Part 3mm Drill Bit to Drill the 3mm Holes to the End if your 3mm Router Bit isn't long enough. Attached the Adobe Illustrator Files as well if you like to do some customization. My Elevators are not perfect which is because I tried to do all of them (I needed 3 in total) at one time. Unfortunately I forgot that Shaper Tape will be completely "destroyed" while cutting the pockets of the Top Part which I had to deal with! Tried to put on some new Tape and extend Workspace. Worked more or less but not perfect. But if you just make each Piece on a dedicated piece of Wood at a time it should work fine.
