Materials
Plate is made from 1/4" MDF. For my application I chose to make my base plate 5" x 7" but it could be made to whatever size is appropriate for your task

Instructions
The recessed shoulders for the screw heads are 3.4mm deep. Make sure that all cuts are inside the line. The holes closes to each edge were drilled and chamfered by hand and used to mount the plate to a sled that I made to flatten some lumber that I had.
