Instructions
- Cut out shape with an outer cut. I did shallow cuts of 0.125" to ensure I don't put a lot of stress on the curve in the wood - Cut 1/4" holes on the long side using a drill or with your Shaper using the Workstation - Use a router to round of the edges I made this for two set of drapes for a sliding door. You could reduce the length of these by an inch or so if you want to make these for single blinds.
