- flush cutter bit
- rounding bit
eccentric sander
jigsaw
Instructions
- precut with the origin about 6mm deep - rough cut with the jigsaw - router with flush bit to finish it - round corners with rounding bit (2 pieces) - clamp it together and sand it to get a smooth surface - glue it together (3 pieces) - sand it down - mount the ball-bearings (cooming soon, bar is about 48mm) Mounted pictures are coming soon...
