Instructions

For Spinners 1-3 you will need to cut the inverted inside cut of the shape to recess the the back side of the cutter. To do this you will import a second copy of the shape. Before placing the shape go into the scaling tab on the Shaper Origin and select the mirror icon. Then place the inverted shape on you work piece. After placing the spinner shape change the cut option to Inside the line. This will allow you to cut a perfect negative of the shape so flip the spinner shape over and cut the backside. Bearing are not required but are highly recommended. There is a .3" diameter circle that can be used as a wood bearing surface. You can use an offset on the router to match your shaft material diameter. Same with the spinner pad that has a .245" inside diameter. Bearings can be order online from a prime shipping company with a rain forest name and a smiling logo or from local hardware stores. The spinner pads can be cut with the origin router, but is easier and faster with a hole saw. If cutting with the router I would disconnect the vacuum hose just prior to completing the finial circle cut. So not to vacuum up the piece.
