Clamping Squares

The Clamping Square has a standup leg the stores inside the clamp. That leg also works on the L shaped clamping square. The clamping square design allows both styles to be stacked together with 1/4 dowel alignment pins. The standing leg also work on both style of clamps. You can use square U bolts (National Hardware N244-996 2192BC) that are cut in half for the "poor man" clamp. They will hook into the smaller hole on the clamp face. The large round holes are spaced to match the Festool table spacing. 20mm holes 96mm on center. Also included, sets of 3 stacking doughnuts 19.5MM(2) and 25MM to be glued on to a 1/4 dowel to make a bench dog to hold the squares at 90 or 45 degrees on Festool table or the included clamp board. The adjustable clamps have 3 sizes 30-60 degrees , 45 - 90 degrees, 100 -200 degrees. For the adjustable clamps, the clamp face boards dado are offset 1/2" from center so the clamp will lay flat on the table. The dado depth needs to be calculated based on the true Baltic Birch Thickness. "1/2 is not a wooden 1/2 .... 9 mm is not a wood 9mm”. These clamps are not red anodized aluminum but I think they work as 1/2 Baltic Birch.
