Materials
1/2 Thick MDF or Baltic Birch (.44" - .56" thickness range per plans)
Tools
1/4" roughing bit to hog out Domino recess
1/8 Upcut spiral long enough to cut through your material for Domino recess finished edges and helix-cut screw holes.
Engraving bit for scribe line (optional)
Countersink bit to allow .52" dia. screw head
Instructions
Prep: Pre-cut fence to overall finished dimensions (I used metric settings). 104.4mm x 310mm (customize length to your needs, but width is critical. (Alternatively, you could probably cut the outline of the fence with the Shaper, but I used the tablesaw.) Cut: Hog out recess for Domino - only cut recess and finish with 1/8 bit. Helix cut screw mounting holes Scribe line (optional) Countersink bottom side of fence for mounting screws (Flat screw head diameter is just over.5")
