Coffee Scoop and Clip

I used 20mm white oak, but any hard wood will do.

shaper, router with 1/4 round over and sander varnish or lacquer.

Cut out scoop first (cut to a depth of 15mm for a tbsp of measure) Cut rest of scoop out and round over the under side of the scoop leaving top flat. Cut clip slot on either table saw upright with a jig or with a couple of passes on a band saw till the slot is just before the scoop "cup" starts. sand and finish with a food safe varnish ,Gloss of satin.
