Materials
ply wood /suitable materials for a skateboard deck, trucks wheels and grip tape.
Tools
6mm/ 3mm bits, router with 1/4 round over.
Instructions
Cut bolt holes first with the 3mm bit set to helix, then the wheel notches (cut on the line to make sure there is no lip to the notches and then pocket out), and finally the outline of the deck, either cut full thickness or use a pattern router to finish, then round over the edges with the router and a round over bit. Sand and add paint or designs etc. finish with a satin or matt varnish and add grip tape and trucks. Enjoy. (IM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, YOU'RE AN ADULT BE CAREFUL) x
