Materials

Your choice of ply or suitable wood for the deck, trucks, wheels, bearings and griptape.

Tools

6mm/3mm cutter, I use a pattern router bit to cut out the shape after the cnc has done the outline, wheel notches and bolt holes (3MM cutter for this), then round over the edges with the router to finish, (im not responsible if you make a crappy board and it fails whilst skating, PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE & SAFE)

Instructions

Choose a maple ply, preferably at least seven ply or a SUITABLE! substitute (chipboard is not ok!) cut the bolt holes first then the wheel notches (cut ON the line to make sure they cut to the edge and then pocket), finish with the out line. I cut 10mm depth with the cnc then rough cut and pattern router the rest then round over to finish. Sand and add paint, decals, etc... then finish with a satin or matt varnish, don't use gloss varnish this isn't the deck of the QE2! then apply grip tape and trucks. x
