Quick and easy Halloween Jack-O'-Lantern. Original file is 10" in height. Fun to engrave the name and year on the back for a keep sake. On line cuts made with round over bit to help look.

1/8" router bit
Solid Carbide Point Cutting Roundover 1/8 Radius x 1/4 Dia x 5/16 x 1/4 Shank Router Bit
Scan and setup grid, I used 1/2" spacing. Engrave the back if you want to add a name and year or message. Flip and complete on line cuts then pocket cuts. Complete with outside cut.
