Process A - Using material that is 7.5 mm 1. Select material of of suitable hardness and appropriate size for the project and set up your workspace to begin cutting. 2. Insert a 1/8" cutter into Origin. 3. Start by cutting the inner holes using the helix functions to cut through the material. 4. Cut the outer shape to allow for the screw head to be recessed. Cut depth is 3.2 mm 5. Change the cut path from "inside cut" to "pocket cut" and remove the little bit of excess materially that couldn't be reached by the cutter. 6. Change bit to 1/4" to reduce the number of passes and cut the outside path. Process B - Material exceeding 7.5 mm 1. Select material of of suitable hardness and appropriate size for the project and set up your workspace to begin cutting. 2. Insert a 1/4 cutter and cut the optional cut path (looks like an elongated C) at a depth which will equal to 7.5 mm or the trench depth of your machine. 2. Cut the outer perimeter with multiple passes using the same 1/4 cutter. 3. Create a template using plywood (or suitable material) and change the cut path of the insert from outside to inside cut. 4. Insert the zero clearance insert into the template face up and cut the screw wholes. the inner shapes are through cuts (7.5mm) and the outer shape should be cut to 3.2 to allow the screws to be sufficiently recessed. 5. (Optional) use the onboard fonts to personalize the zero clearance insert. 6. Apply finish
