Materials

1/4" x 3.5" x 4' hardwood- cut into 4 pieces

acrylic paint of your color choice

Spray shellac

Tools

1/8" ball nose router bit

Instructions

I broke this down into 4 individual files of 15 dominoes allowing each workpiece to be 3 1/2" x 11" which would fit on the standard WorkStation table. I milled the dots and the dividing bars 0.04" deep using a 0.125" bit. The same bit was used to cut out each individual domino. I used Tigered maple (just happened to have a 3/4" scrap) resawed it to 1/4" thick. After cutting and lightly sanding, spray with shellac to seal the wood before painting the dots to prevent the paint from bleeding. Your next project would then be a box to put the dominoes in, but I am sure you can make your own box plans.
