Materials

48" x 96" Plywood

Tools

Shaper Origin, Sanders, Wood Oil of preference (I used Rubio Monocoat Chocolate), Glue, Mallet, Chisels. Nail air gun (nails 1"), Clamps.

Instructions

The width of the Rocker will be determine by your liking. I did mine 18 1/8" (15 pieces). The rail will be resize depending on rocker width. The pieces for the back and seat have an ellipse pocket (1/8") on one side, it helps to align all together. Once you cut them all it is pretty straightforward process to assemble. Ellipse pieces are 2" x 1 1/4". Pockets are 2" x 1 1/4" with an offset of .004.
