This is a take on the tool organization tray that shaper put out. We extended it to have room for a mini Tanos box that we use for the cutters, and room for a pencil shaped sander. Great first project to get used to how the shaper functions!

Instructions

First we took a piece of walnut and made a grid. The file was uploaded and placed on the piece. (we use a reusable tape board for our projects, so we didn't have to use much tape for this project. The inside cavities were cut for the tools and then the outside shape was cut for the rounded edges of the piece. We did personalize it with our name and some of our favorite characters from the best t-shirts around. (name and characters removed from the file though. You can add whatever you want for your project.) Just finished it with some mineral oil/beeswax combo. It is small enough that it will fit in the shaper systainer with the shaper in it, and the lid will close. Easy way to store it!
