Materials
1.5" thick wood. Each half is about 10.5"x5.5".
Tools
- 1/4" bit
- 16mm clearing bit is optional, but helpful for the large pockets
- Workstation is optional, but helpful for getting better support when cutting.
Instructions
The file was designed with Studio and includes depth encoding. Everything is cut with Origin. Cut the bottom first, then cut the top. Before removing the top from the cutting area do a test fit with the bottom and adjust the offset if necessary. Use helix mode on the holes, and (if you have it) AutoPass for the deep cuts.
