Required:
- Shaper Origin
- Table Router + Roundover Router Bit + Flush Trim Router Bit
Optional:
- Band Saw
- Drilling Machine
- Sanding Paper
1. Cut out the SVG (Depth of the handle pockets 6mm - depending on your material thickness)
(TIPP: I cut to 6mm depth with SO, then cut out the shape roughly with a band saw and then cut the final shape perfectly on the bench router with a flush trim router bit. That saves a lot time!)
2. Round off all edges with the roundover router bit except those to which the plastic mat is glued.
3. Assemble handle and base. I used wood glue + 2 screws (screw from the bottom site and don't forget the pilot wholes).
4. Glue the non-slip mat to the underside with the contact adhesive so that some of the mat still sticks out.
5. Remove the protruding parts of the mat with the Flush trim router bit.
6. Oil the push block
That's it :)
