500 * 500 mm plywood
Shaper Origin with 6mm cutter and the engraving tool, a sharp utility knife
The workpiece was just screwed down on a sacrificial board at all 4 edges Place enough shaper tape on the work surface, Cut all the engravings first woth 1mm depth. The outline is cut with the 6mm tool making three passes of 3,5mm each. During the last pass retract the tool for 3-5mm distance to leave a few tabs. This will held the final piece in place until you have cut all around. Using a utility knive you can then cut the tabs when all milling is done.
