Instructions

Lay your sheet good on your work surface with a backer under it. All cuts are through the entire sheet good and you likely don't want to cut your workbench. Set up your Origin (or CNC) with a 1/4" bit and your workspace with your Shaper tape. Download the file. Make your cuts! 1st pass - slight offset, 3mm or 1/8" deep, spiral cut the holes. 2nd pass - no offset, through full material Be sure to cut the outline as well as the four holes for the screws. If you are wanting to cut other slots, holes or cavities for your tools, consider setting up a grid for your workspace. Then do the 1st pass cut on the outline and the holes of the insert. Then update your Shaper image to see your cuts. Next layout your next cut(s) of your added items by placing them using the grid and view on the Shaper. Once you are satisfied, return and do the final outline cut of the lid insert. If you have any recommended improvements, we welcome your feedback.
