Materials

1/4" plywood or any hardwood. Make sure it's thin.

Instructions

Single cut. First with 1/4" plywood, but it seemed pretty cheap. Next, a glued-up pair of scrap hickory, planed to about .40". single cut. Be sure to use double-stick tape so the bits don't separate. I overdid it, and one of the little protein receptors broke off. As it turns out, this achieved what scientists all over the world have been trying to do. I'll be by my phone if they want help. Sand and spray with varethane.
