Once you import you can scale the board on your Origin....
I created this Monopoly board in Fusion 360. This file is standard 20inx20in board. Fusion file is parametric so it can be adjusted to other sizes.
Just adjust "BoardSize" value under Solid/Modify/Change Parameters
