Instructions
In my case I've used a 6 mm spiral router with one positive and one negative flute and a 8 mm spiral router bit with two positive and two negative flutes at the speed of 5. I've avoided to cut deeper than 4-5 mm in one step. For longer cutting sessions I also recommend to clean the bit from time to time.
