Instructions
In my case I've used SO's 3mm router bit, a 6 mm spiral router bit with a positive and a negative flute, an 8 mm spiral router bit with two positive and two negative flutes at the speed from 4.5 to 6. I've avoided to cut deeper than 3 mm with the 3 mm and 6 mm router bit and 4-5 mm with the 8 mm router bit in one step. For longer cutting sessions I also recommend to clean the bit from time to time. For the labelling I've used SO's engraving router bit with a cutting depth of 0.5 mm to 1 mm depending of the font size.
