A dividing plate I use on my woodturning lathe. It's made out of a material which is locally called "Trespa". This is just a popular local brand. I think it's called HPL (High Pressure Laminate) (correct me if I'm wrong).

Shaper Origin

3mm 4 flute router bit

Instructions

The hole in the middle should of course be adapted to your own lathe, which can easily be done on the Shaper Origin itself. The outer ring has 72 holes, the other 24, 16 and 20. I know 24 is 1/3 of 72, but is just a number I use a lot. Looking at the picture, I could indicated 24 holes on the 72-ring with some marks. Better next time ;-). The holes are 5 mm and are cut with a 3 mm router bit (helixing cut).
