3mm spiral router bit

0,8mm spiral router bit (optional)

Instructions

Tape the wooden pieces to workstation, add a grid and cut the pieces with the 3mm bit. The files of the left and right side have a line to cut on. Use the coving bit with 3mm depth to add a hollow notch. Before assembly be sure the rectangular hole for the carriage bolt has nearly no round corners. cut with the smallest bit you have (for example 0,8mm) or use a chisel to clean the edges. Just add a little it of glue to the inlay on both sides, screw the sword in and clamp the inlay in between the sides.
