Instructions

Cut the pieces out of a big sheet of plywood. Use the Workstation to work on the back of the middle sides. Don't forget the 4mm holes for the brass rods Put the plywood pieces together. For the inner rolls (where you place the sandpaper rolls on) measure the inner diameter of the sandpaper rolls and sketch 12 circles with this diameter and place smaller circles (12mm) in the middle (use a grid). Cut the dowel into 6 pieces with 124mm length. Put 2 circles on each dowel, with 5mm sticking out on each side. Stick the 3 brass rods into the holes, to keep the sandpaper in place. Use some spacers and screws to mount the flat steel in two stages.
