quick little ergnomic hangboard for climbing training out of plywood. Uses 3/8" dowels to hold it all together and mounting is up to you.

1/2" or 12mm plywood
QTY: 6 - 3/8" dowels
cut out the 4 pieces. Glue and dowel it all together then mount to your favorite vertical surface. I would recommend mounting from the inside of the pockets with large wood screws
