This insert will fit the Jet JTAS 10 table saw and the holes are set up for the MJ Splitter inserts. Choose any material you like.

Instructions
The riving knife is by MJ Splitter. You may have to customize the holes to align with your saw blade. The hole placement aligns the riving knife .003" from the blade cut using the MJ insert. For a .000 clearance use the + insert. The blade slot is made by raising the blade into the insert to the give zero clearance. I used a spark plug gap gauge to fine tune the riving knife/splitter alignment. Never thought I would be talking about thousandths of an inch in woodworking !!!
