Instructions
A simple insert made by cutting 4 circular pieces 70mm in diameter I used scrap 3/4" MDF With center hole .252" diameter (helical cut w 1/4" bit) Using 1/4" rod to align, glue the stacked 4 pieces Alignment pin groove cut using workstation as per illustration Top piece 3.5" square w rounded corners (& a Shaper sticker) Rod cut to length extending 3.5" below bottom of insert
