Clothes Hanger
Needed a nicer-than-plastic clothes hanger for a nice jacket I have. Wanted it to be wood, with some nice soft edges. 5 minutes in Illustrator, and 5 minutes to cut on the shaper, and BOOM... there it is. Figured I'd save someone else the trouble in the future.

Materials
13" x 18" piece of wood. Example is in Plywood, but a closed grain hardwood would probably be better. Make it out of cedar and protect your clothes from moths at the same time.

Shaper Origin
Handheld router with a roundover bit for finishing the edges.
Instructions
Cut it with the shaper, and then run a roundover bit over the edges to take care of the sharpness. Super easy.
