To mimic LR 32 and similar templates. The file includes 48 rows of 5mm holes spaced 224mm apart and with 32mm space between each row. Create a perfect grid and place the file so that it matches the distance from the front of your panel, usually 37mm, but different cabinet systems seem to require different placement. For instance, Festool SYS-AZ drawers are mounted 58mm from the face. Remember that a lot of plans show the distance measured from the center of the first 5mm hole. So if the plan states a 35mm distance, the file should be placed 32.5mm from the edge of the material (35mm-5mm/2). It's possible to create grid systems on the Shaper Origin with .5mm spacing for super-precise placements. Drill holes 13mm deep using the Helix cutting feature. Remember that you can rotate the file using the onboard tooling.
