Birch Plywood 300 x 300 x 6 mm Birch Plywood 350 x 50 x 18 mm

Trees are made from 300 x 300 mm plywood sheet, prepare it with "nesting" to safe materials. Use 1,5mm router bit for small trees and 3,0mm router bit for big trees. Work true material and you will get the trees. Finish the trees first with sandpaper P150 for edges and P280 for surface. Base is made from 350 x 50 mm plywood piece. Use 3,0mm router bit for grooves on top of the base to fix later trees. Try it step by step with "offset" to get the right size of your grooves compare to thickness of your trees. For the outline you can use 8,0mm router bit. Finish the base first with sandpaper P150 for edges and P280 for surface. Now you can put trees and base together. Finish.
