size 4 shaker box Created by Dennis12 — These files are to make a size 4 shaker box with help from shaper. Files included for ellipse to make bending and drying form and top and bottom band fingers and holes.
Top band .077" x 3/4" x 28"
Bottom band .077" x 3 1/16" x27"
Shaper can cut the fingers using small 1/16" bit and leave a small radius at sharp angle point that can be cleaned up with sharp utility knife. The edges should be beveled around 7 degrees on fingers only. This bevel can also be done knife

Cut ellipse for bending for. This can be from several 3/4" poplar boards cut with shape and than are glued together for 3" height needed.
Cut drying forms by using offset by 1/4" bigger and then sand 10 bevel around edge.
Cut bands to size, cut fingers with shaper and small 1/16" bit, clean up sharp corner with knife.
Use shaper to cut 1/16" holes for copper tacks.
