8” x 8” walnut board
Diamond-Head Forged Nails from Clouterie Rivierre
Wax or oil finish

Instructions
Cut inside holes first and use offset to get nice fit for your nails. Then cut outside of triangle in 3 passes. Clean up edges with block plane and chamfer edges. Finish with wax. Note I found if you make the holes a outside cut with a -.11 offset it makes a perfect nail hole when using 1/8” bit. You have to go through and change them all at beginning with in tool options. Nails are Diamond-Head Forged Nails from Clouterie Rivierre available at Lee Valley.
