Table top intended to be used as a router table. Insert is 11-3/4" x 9-1/4". This insert makes a slightly larger hole. Depth of the shelf should be 7/16" which will allow for adjustment using the leveling hex bolts on the plate to make a perfectly level plate.
Shaper Origin
1) Place the cutout where you need the router plate to sit. 2) Cut the pocket to a depth of 7/16". Cut a little into or past the through-hole line. 3) Switch cut type to inside-line and cut up to the boarder of the pocket at the same depth of 7/16". 4) Cut the inner hole last. The router plate will fit nicely on the shelf and sit just below the lip of the top surface. You will then use the hex bolts supplied with the plate to adjust the height of the plate to match the surface of the router table. This will fit both the WoodPeckers stand-alone router plates as well as the router lifts. https://www.woodpeck.com/routing/router-lifts-plates/cast-aluminum-router-mounting-plate.html https://www.woodpeck.com/routing/router-lifts-plates/prl-v2-precision-router-lift.html
