A set of magnetic quick connects designed to easily move a 6" dust collection hose to each tool. These magnetic quick connects are designed to work with 6" sewer and drain PVC, 4" port found on a SawStop PCS , and Powermatic PJ882-HH 8" Jointer/Dewalt 735/custom router table all with modified dust collection ports.

- 18mm baltic birch - 8x 12x2mm magnets per quick connect (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BK7SZD3/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_Bp2RDb6X8TN4X) - 2" long screws - CA and wood glues
- Shaper Origin (of course) - 1/4" bit - used to cut out the parts - 1/8" bit (Amana Tool - 46125) - used to drill the alignment holes - Drill/driver for screws
I have included the Adobe Illustrator so you can modify the plans as needed to fit your specific tools. Instructions: 1) Cutout the parts following the files except for the below: - Magnets (1/4" bit): - Depth = 0.11" - Offset = -0.005 - "Dust Collector .svg" 6" Sewer and Drain PVC Fitment (settings only for the inside circle only - 1/4" bit): - Far Right Part in file (circle): - Depth = through cut - Offset = -0.02" - Middle Part in file (without magnet holes): - Depth = 0.375" - Offset = -0.22" 2) Sand the fuzz off 3) Use the 2" screws and wood glue to align the parts by driving the screws through the 8x 1/8" alignment holes 4) Glue in the magnets using CA glue 5) Install on your machines 6) Enjoy
