Simple stand for the Teenage Engineering OP1. Lifts the OP1 off the table enough to use on-unit controls as well as a Midi controller and the forward cross member acts a spot for sticky notes. The through tenons were definitely intentional and not in any way a happy accident.

Materials

Materials pictured: Leopardwood and Bocote finished with Tung oil.

Side panels are 3.75" h x 6.188" w x .5" d

Cross members are 1.375" h x 10" w x .5" d

This places the instrument with some space on either side so the overall width is somewhat variable

Tools

Table saw for milling cross member blanks

Origin for all other cutting

Workstation for vertical workholding

Instructions

Pretty straightforward: the side panels are small enough they can be cut on Workstation's shelf attachment. The cross member tenons were cut end over end using Workstation's vertical workholding. Sand, fit, finish.
