Simple Plywood Stool. Doubled up plywood frame. This stool Has 2 versions in the files. one pair is for 11/16" plywood and one for full 3/4". The difference between the two variations adjusts the half lap opening for the thickness of the ply.

3/4" Baltic Birch or 11/16 Ext Pine (Chile pine)

Micro pinner 23ga (optional)

1/4" spiral cutting bit

1/8" quarter round bit for edges of frame once laminated.

Instructions

Double up the plywood so cut out 2 of each frame type for your plywood thickness. glue together and use some micro pins or clamps until glue dries. give all exposed edges an 1/8" round over. Hook frames together and pre-drill 4 holes for Stool seat screws. You can leave the half lap joint dry so the stool can be taken apart and folded flat or you can glue it for permanent assembly.
