Materials

1/2" mdf (or spoilboard material of your choice) x 2

Tools

1/4" bit

Keilverbinder bit

4 Long Keilverbinder connectors

Instructions

I used 1/2" mdf for the bottom "permanent" layer of the shelf. I cut the holes with a 1/4" spiral bit leaving 1/4" of material under the shoulders for the screws. I also cut the outside guide lines with an engraving depth pass with the 1/4" bit to help in alignment of the keilverbinder connectors. (I included the pilot holes from @wayne20's file found here https://hub.shapertools.com/creators/5fb124fb8009d8000f0ca018/shares/650d0eb353b6d00855707caf) for anyone wanting to use that but I just put the keilverbinder into the small groove and used the holes in the connector to align the pilot holes). For the top layer it's just the normal Keilverbinder cutter on the line.
